At Aurenzo Outlet (operated by NASCI GLOBAL LLC), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Change of Mind or Wrong Size
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs for change of mind or sizing issues are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@aurenzooutlet.com and include clear photos of the issue.
Once approved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and reshipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, personalized items, custom-made products, underwear, socks, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as returns may not be processed correctly.

Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been inspected.
Depending on your financial institution, refund processing times may take between 3 to 10 business days.
For customers located in the European Union, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies. We voluntarily extend this period to 30 days for your convenience.
Return-to-Sender and Refused Deliveries
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, customers may choose between reshipment or a refund of the product price.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to investigate suspicious return activity, fraudulent claims, or policy abuse.
